- be very careful with twitter. tap “Not Interested” on content that is dopamine-inducing. I use it briefly every few days to discover new machine learning papers or technologies, but you have got to be careful not to scroll for longer than a couple minutes. at that point, there’s diminishing returns, and you’re wasting your time. if you can’t resist scrolling, the app is a net negative and you are obligated to cease usage immediately.
